    Plaquenil for UCTD - Autoimmune diseases - Inspire Apr 06, 2014 I have been taking plaquenil for uctd for about 6 years or so. Can't live without it. Supposed to take couple months to kick in but worked for me within 2 days. If I miss a dose, I feel it a day and a half later- my legs like lead, really lousy, etc. I am extremely sensitive and responsive to it.
